Eventbrite Listings Coordinator

Remote | Flexible Schedule | Approximately 1–2 Hours per Month

Our Safe Space US is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer to help selected events reach a wider Tucson audience through Eventbrite.

The creative work is already done! Event descriptions, dates, locations, links, and graphics will be provided through our existing Facebook events. Your role is simply to transfer that information into clear, accurate Eventbrite listings.

What You’ll Do

• Create Eventbrite listings for selected Our Safe Space events
• Copy and format information from existing Facebook event pages
• Upload the provided event graphics
• Double-check dates, times, locations, registration links, and other details
• Make updates if event information changes
• Keep a simple record of which events have been posted

We will choose which events should be listed. You will not be expected to write descriptions, create graphics, or decide which programs to promote.

You’re a Good Fit If You

• Are comfortable working with websites and online forms
• Pay close attention to details
• Can copy, paste, and format information accurately
• Communicate promptly when something is unclear
• Are dependable and able to complete listings on schedule
• Have used Eventbrite before—or are willing to learn

Eventbrite or event-marketing experience is helpful but not required.

About Our Safe Space US

Our Safe Space US is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Southern Arizona. We provide free educational, creative, personal-growth, wellness, and community-building programs both in person and online.

Our community includes more than 900 members, and our events are designed to create welcoming, judgment-free opportunities for learning, connection, and self-discovery.

This is a small but meaningful role for someone who enjoys turning already-prepared information into polished, accurate event listings—and helping more people discover free opportunities in their community.
