Auction Procurement Lead

Help build an exciting silent auction that inspires guests to bid while supporting Gilda's Club Minnesota.

Each spring, Gilda's Club Minnesota hosts a fundraising gala with a virtual silent auction. This role will be instrumental in helping pull of a seamless and successful silent auction!

As the Auction Procurement Lead, you'll work with our development staff to connect with local businesses and community partners to secure donated auction items. You'll receive a prioritized list of businesses, outreach templates, a timeline, and ongoing support throughout the process.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping make a community event successful.

You'll:

• Reach out to local businesses for auction donations.
• Follow up with prospective donors.
• Help track donations as they come in.
• Work with staff to ensure auction items are received before the gala.

We'll provide:

• A prioritized list of businesses to contact.
• Email templates, talking points, and training.
• Weekly goals and regular check-ins.
• Support with complex donation requests and major donor outreach.

Time Commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per week from September through April, with a flexible schedule.
