Children’s Health Literacy & Youth Mental Health Program
Join our mission to empower the next generation with knowledge about holistic health and mental well-being! We are a dedicated, peer-to-peer holistic health literacy charity launching a critical new program for a worldwide audience.
Human Health Project – Children’s Health Literacy Program
The Human Health Project is launching a transformative Children’s Health Literacy Program designed to equip children and young adults ages 0–25 with essential knowledge in mental health, healthcare navigation, and diet & nutrition. We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Business Development Strategist (Volunteer) to help expand the program’s reach through partnerships with schools, youth programs, and children’s health organizations.
In this role, you will play a key part in building the partnerships that bring our age-appropriate educational materials into communities. The program addresses the unique challenges faced at each developmental stage—helping young children (0–5) build emotional vocabulary and healthy early habits, supporting school-age youth and teens (6–17) as they navigate increasing mental health needs and chronic conditions, and guiding young adults (18–25) as they transition into independent healthcare and nutrition decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and establish partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and youth-focused organizations
Develop outreach strategies to expand program adoption and visibility
Support grant research, funding opportunities, and organizational collaborations
Shape value propositions and partnership materials tailored to target audiences
Work closely with program and marketing teams to drive growth
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in business development, partnerships, or nonprofit outreach
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Ability to develop strategies that align mission, value, and community needs
Passion for child and youth health, education, or health equity
This volunteer role offers the chance to drive real social impact by helping bring vital health literacy resources to children and young adults who need them most.
Join us in building healthier futures. Apply today to volunteer as a Business Development Strategist with the Human Health Project!
