Droste Mental Health Services is seeking experienced professionals to join our governing board. We are specifically recruiting individuals with expertise in legal, accounting, and fundraising to strengthen our organizational oversight and long term sustainability.

Mental health access remains one of the most urgent public health challenges in our communities. Governance matters. Strong board leadership ensures ethical compliance, financial stewardship, and the strategic resource development necessary to expand access to care. Your professional expertise can directly support individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.

Board members provide strategic guidance, fiduciary oversight, and ambassadorial support. This is a volunteer leadership role with meaningful impact and a clear connection to community wellbeing.

Ideal candidates:

• Licensed attorneys or professionals with regulatory experience

• CPAs, accountants, or financial management leaders

• Fundraising professionals with experience in donor development or institutional giving

• Individuals committed to mental health equity and responsible governance
