Volunteers are needed at the 30th annual Kids Ocean Day event on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Dockweiler State Beach. Kids Ocean Day brings together hundreds of local elementary school children and their teachers for a combined mission of beach clean-up and the creation of large-scale human art installation. Volunteer tasks include - registration, setting up aerial art, all the way through break-down.
The core mission of Kids Ocean Day’s provides students from underserved schools the opportunity to connect with the environment, learn the importance of preserving it, and inspire the next generation of environmental activists through educational and hands-on experiences.
No matter how you want to help with our mission of empowering kids to save the Earth, we’d love to hear from you.
