Volunteer: Debian/Devuan OS Specialist & WordPress Web Designer

Peaceful Village is seeking a volunteer with a passion for technology to assist with various tasks related to our website and operating system. This volunteer opportunity combines working with Debian/Devuan OS and WordPress design, along with learning new skills in video editing and meme creation.

Specific Tasks:

• WordPress:
  • Create and manage manual contact forms and application forms on the WordPress website.
  • Design and update web pages with a focus on user experience and functionality.
• Debian/Devuan OS:
  • Work with Debian/Devuan operating systems for server and workstation management.
  • Provide support for installations, system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Video Editing:
  • Learn how to create and add "burn-in" text to videos for uploading to social media platforms.
• GIMP:
  • Learn how to use GIMP for designing memes and other graphics for social media engagement.
• Other tasks:
  • Help with various other technical or creative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of WordPress (creating forms, editing content, etc.).
• Experience or interest in using Debian/Devuan Linux operating systems.
• A willingness to learn video editing (burn-in text) and GIMP.
• Creativity for designing graphics, memes, and other visual content.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team.
