    Descripción

CrowdDoing is a joint initiative of Reframe It Inc. and Match4Action Foundation that is focused on helping address the UN Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through micro-leadership, massively multi-disciplinary collaboration, and service-learning to support social innovation and social enterprise to achieve systemic change.

CrowdDoing works in sustainability, anti-poverty, public health, education, and research. We approach each collective challenge through the lens of operating leverage for systems change via social innovation. This allows us to identify different under-utilized capacities that could make addressing problems in our society more feasible in the future. At CrowdDoing, each of us adopts a dimension of a larger challenge.

We include broad participation by micro-leaders in systemic change through specific social innovations that we can build together.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the success of every key project or program that the organization seeks to accomplish. Day to day, they align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience.

The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Understanding of Social Innovation
    • Manage the project plans
    • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
    • Help teams to get projects done
    • Coordinate cross-project activities
    • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
    • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
    • Provide operational support
    • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
    • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager or other managerial position for 2 years
    • Professional certification-including PMP/PRINCE II or any relevant baseline training.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills.
    • System thinking mindset
    • Project planning skill set
    • Experience in handling project management software.
    • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Should be able to contribute a minimum 5hr Per week
    • Should have a commitment of 6 months.
