Collegiate Challenge Spring Break Opportunity – Build Homes & Community in Denver!

Travel with a Purpose!

Join Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver for an unforgettable week of service, learning, and adventure during Collegiate Challenge! As a volunteer, you’ll work alongside future homeowners and skilled construction staff to build brand-new homes from the ground up — no experience needed!

Whether you’re swinging a hammer for the first time or already handy with tools, you’ll gain new skills, meet amazing people, and make a lasting impact on Denver’s affordable housing crisis.

Available Dates:

• February 22–28
• March 1–7
• March 8–14
• March 15–28

What You’ll Do:

• Build affordable homes (framing, siding, painting, landscaping, and more!)
• Volunteer at a Habitat ReStore
• Learn about housing equity and community development
• Explore Denver’s vibrant arts, food, and outdoor scene

Cost: $100 per participant

• Half due by January 9, 2026
• Remainder due upon arrival

Meals & Housing:

• Lunch provided Tuesday–Friday; snacks and some breakfasts included
• Groups arrange their own housing and remaining meals (recommendations available)

Schedule Overview:

• Sunday: Arrival
• Monday: Free day
• Tuesday: Orientation + ReStore shift
• Wednesday–Friday: Full build days
• Saturday: Departure
