Position requires walking to/from various areas of the hospital. Wheelchair safety training provided.
Descripción
Are you friendly, active and looking to support patients in a hospital setting? Then join our wonderful Transport Volunteer team, where you will wheel patients to and from their rooms to various activities in the hospital as needed. Choose your preferred shift! Help others while getting to know your fellow transporters!
Must be able to push a wheelchair and walk for extended periods.
Volunteer 1- or 2x per week. Shifts available:
- Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays EST
- Saturdays 9:30-2:00
Requirements: Minimum age 16, background check for adults 18+, orientation and training provided.
