As we continue to grow as Florida’s Model School for neuro-inclusive, research-driven Montessori education, our goal is to cultivate a volunteer and internship program that is as intentional as our classrooms.
Recruiting for a neuroinclusive environment requires finding individuals who value dignity, respect, and the "inner work" of the prepared adult.
By inviting the community into our school, we don't just get an extra pair of hands; we spread the message that belonging is the foundation for all learning.

At Seeds of Life Montessori Academy, we believe that a thriving community is built on meaningful connections. We welcome volunteers and interns who are eager to support our students’ journey toward independence, concentration, and coordination.
To ensure the safety and "rhythm of the day" for our students, we have established the following guidelines for those wishing to join our campus:
Core Requirements
- Safety First: All partners must successfully pass a standard background check prior to beginning their time on campus.
- Florida State Training: Please note that volunteers and interns at Seeds of Life are not required to complete Department of Children and Families (DCF) state training.
- Orientation: All partners will receive a brief orientation on our Montessori philosophy to help translate our school’s unique "prepared environment."
