Volunteer Website Developer & Digital Platform Manager

About the Role

Everything Begins With You is seeking a volunteer to build, maintain, and improve our website and digital infrastructure. This role is foundational—our website is the primary way people discover our mission, engage with causes, and get involved.

This is a high-trust role with real ownership and creative freedom.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the organization’s website
• Create and update pages for initiatives, donations, and volunteer engagement
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and clarity
• Recommend tools, platforms, and improvements as the organization grows
• Coordinate directly with leadership on priorities and updates

Skills & Experience

• Experience with WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Ability to work independently and follow through

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• SEO basics
• Nonprofit or mission-driven experience
• Familiarity with donation forms or CRM integrations
