Secretary is responsible for
- meeting minutes and notes
- paperwork organization as Im horrible at it
- handle all incoming and out going email, email already created
- data protection procedures, you can or i can create this
- help gather sponsor by reaching out phone/email
- Event vendor request and organization of where to place them at event
If your saying to your self that's a lot, I know iv been doing it on my own, and that not half of what I'm handling with legality paperwork, Event planning research and where we can hold event, Im also going to be handling all pr, we will all be the face and stand together at interviews but Ill handle the scheduling
