Volunteer Communications Assistant Sierra Club Tennessee | Nashville preferred, remote welcome

At the Sierra Club, we believe in the power of interdependence — working together toward a healthy climate and a future where all people benefit from a thriving planet. Sierra Club Tennessee has close to 40,000 members and supporters across all 95 counties, fueled by a passionate volunteer network.

We're looking for a volunteer to help us communicate our work and engage our members online. This is a flexible, low-commitment role — about 5 to 10 hours per month — that makes a real difference for a small team doing big work.

What you'd help with:

• Creating and posting events to our website and social channels
• Reviewing our website for broken links and opportunities to improve
• General communications support as needed

What we're looking for:

• Comfort with basic web tools and social media
• Good writing and attention to detail
• Someone who can work independently and follow through

Nashville-based volunteers are encouraged — we'd love to meet in person occasionally — but remote contributors are welcome too.
