    iAMERICA Center is a nonprofit, multidisciplinary healthcare organization providing behavioral health, medical, and dental services to diverse and underserved communities across Michigan. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, accessible, and culturally responsive care while creating a clinician-centered work environment built on trust and support.

    We are currently looking for In-Person ( Dentist, Medical Doctors, NP, PA, Psychotherapists / Licensed Therapists) to provide on-site clinical services at our Michigan locations.

    Position Overview

    The In-Person Psychotherapist provides face-to-face individual, family, and group therapy in a professional clinical setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who value direct client interaction, clinical autonomy, and a supportive nonprofit environment—without excessive administrative burden.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Provide in-person psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
      • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
      • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
      • Collaborate with on-site multidisciplinary teams
      • Participate in optional trainings, supervision, and case consultations
      • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care

    Qualifications

    Required:

      • Active or limited Michigan license:
      • MD, DDS, NP, PA, MFT, CAADC, LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP
      • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
      • Ability to work independently in an on-site clinical environment
      • Commitment to ethical and client-centered care

    Preferred:

      • Experience with Medicaid and community mental health populations
      • Trauma-informed or evidence-based treatment experience
      • Multilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply

      • Fully in-person clinical role

      • Strong referral base and steady client flow
