Your Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to create, design, launch, and manage ROTAGIF's training programs and initiatives.

Starter Mentality - You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs doing and do it

The Goal:

We need someone to build, manage, and run our tech and AI courses from start to finish

This is a create-from-scratch position where you will turn our vision into tangible programs that change lives. You will own projects from concept to completion.

You will be in charge of turning ideas into real, working programs.

• Design and create training courses on tech and AI.
• Plan the course content and learning steps.
• Launch new projects and manage them from start to finish.
• Set timelines and make sure we hit our goals.
• Find and work with teachers and partners.

You Are the Right Person If You:

• Have experience managing projects or programs.
• Understand tech and AI topics well.
• Can create a course curriculum from scratch.
• Are you a "doer"? You get things done on your own.

Important Note: This is a Remote volunteer position.

Selected candidates must have their own laptop and internet access, and be prepared to work consistently within their committed schedule.

Part-Time: 15-20 hours/week

Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week
