Build the people systems behind Azgari's 50+ volunteer team. You will develop role descriptions, application and interview processes, and onboarding; maintain the volunteer handbook, policies, and records; run check-ins and recognition; handle conflicts with fairness and discretion; drive retention.You have HR or volunteer-management experience and are organized, approachable, fair, and discreet. You can build systems from scratch and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.Time commitment: 10-15 hours/week. Reports to: President.
