Volunteers Needed for Hospice Care - Make a Difference Today!

Do you have a compassionate heart and a desire to help others during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives? We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our hospice care team and provide support to patients and their families.

Position: Hospice Volunteer (Unpaid)

Location: Torrance, CA

Hours: Flexible, part-time (with opportunity for full-time involvement)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

Assist patients and families with day-to-day needs

Help with light administrative tasks, such as making phone calls or organizing paperwork

Support families during this challenging time, offering a listening ear

Help with special projects, including activities and events

Qualifications:

Compassionate, kind, and patient

Comfortable working with people of all ages and backgrounds

Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus, but not required

Must pass background check and be willing to undergo training
