The Mission

Powered By Love is a people-powered nonprofit committed to uplifting unhoused and marginalized communities by providing essential resources with dignity and compassion.

We are looking for a Brand & Partnerships Chair to lead the "The 831 Experience" visual storytelling and gala choreography. This 48-hour restorative journey moves 75 unhoused neighbors through eight touchpoints of care, concluding in a formal family-style Gala dinner. You will manage social media, event promotion, and sponsor activation to ensure a safe, organized, and dignified environment for our Phoenix event.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Promotion: Lead event promotion and social media strategy in collaboration with the team.
• Sponsor Activation: Manage onsite branding and recognition for event sponsors.
• Gala Choreography: Execute the minute-by-minute choreography of the event Gala.
• Visual Identity: Ensure all digital and print assets maintain a "magazine-quality" look.
• Partner Relations: Work with corporate partners to maximize their event participation.

What We’re Looking For

• Creative Expertise: Strong background in marketing, public relations, or event production.
• Detail Oriented: Ability to manage complex, minute-by-minute event schedules.
• Commitment: Ability to complete 220 hours of work leading up to and during the event.
• Local Presence: Must be local to Phoenix, Arizona for onsite requirements.

Commitment & Compensation

• This is a volunteer chair position requiring a total of 220 hours. A $5,000 stipend is provided (subject to funding availability) to support The 831 Experience.
