As a GUTTS volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals who are eager to pursue careers in HVAC, plumbing, and other skilled trades, but who may lack access to traditional pathways. Your time, talent, and dedication will help open doors to opportunity and economic mobility.

Volunteer Role Highlights:

• • Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week - flexible
  • Location: In-person at our Fairfax City training site
  • Impact: Support job seekers marketing and fund raising

📣 Marketing & Fundraising Volunteers

Amplify GUTTS’ impact through outreach and resource development:

• Support marketing efforts by creating flyers, social media content, and community outreach materials
  • Assist with donor communications, event planning, and fundraising campaigns
  • Help identify and engage potential partners, sponsors, and supporters
  • Contribute to storytelling and impact reporting to highlight GUTTS’ mission and success

Ideal Candidates:

• • Comfortable in a casual office setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks
  • Passionate about workforce development and community empowerment
