We're looking for creative voices in Chinese

Do you love language, storytelling, translation, and connecting people across cultures? Do you believe words have the power to inspire, encourage, and bring communities together? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

At F.O.U.N.D., we're building a community where people navigating life's transitions can find connections, encouragement, and opportunities to move forward. Our Language Team helps bring that mission to life by making our stories, resources, and messages accessible to people from different cultures and backgrounds.

We're looking for two volunteer Translator and Content Creators specializing in Chinese, ready to bring creativity, cultural perspectives, and fresh ideas to our growing team.

Your Creative Adventure

As a Language Team Translator and Content Creator. You'll help us build bridges between cultures, celebrate diverse perspectives, and create content that truly connects us with people.

You'll have opportunities to:

• • Create and adapt engaging content for social media, community outreach, and F.O.U.N.D. programs.
  • Translate and culturally adapt stories, announcements, and resources while preserving the warmth and authenticity of our message.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, social media, and Programs teams on creative campaigns.
  • Share fresh ideas that help us reach and engage multilingual communities.
  • Help shape how F.O.U.N.D. communicates and connects with audiences around the world.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for individuals who are:

• • Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written communication skills.
  • Creative storytellers who understand cultural nuances and the importance of authentic communication.
  • Comfortable creating content for digital platforms and social media.
  • Collaborative, curious, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Excited to contribute their unique talents while learning from others.

Experience with Canva, Notion, social media content creation, or digital storytelling is a plus, but your creativity, commitment, and willingness to grow matter just as much.
