Volunteer/Team-Building Opportunity: Help Our Nonprofit Prepare for the Rain

Hello,

We are a nonprofit located in San Jose dedicated to helping young girls and women build resilience and confidence through the book The 7 Habits of Effective People and Equine Assisted Learning.

With the winter rainy season approaching, our ranch is facing an urgent need to winter-proof our facilities to keep our horses safe, dry, and warm.

We are looking for a local team of 10 volunteers to join us for a high-impact Volunteer Team-Building Day.

Project Details:

• When: Any upcoming Monday that works for your team (flexible morning or afternoon shifts available).

• What: Active, outdoor labor chores including reinforcing horse stalls, and prepping the arena for wet weather.

• Impact: Your physical hard work directly ensures our barn can continue running safely through the winter.

This is the perfect opportunity for a 10-person squad or department to step away from their screens, bond outdoors in the beautiful San Jose hills, and meet our amazing lesson horses.

Because we are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your team's volunteer hours may also qualify for your company's matching grant program, multiplying your impact.

Thank you for helping us keep our horses warm and safe this winter!
