The Anti-Defamation League's (ADL) Pacific Northwest Office recently opened applications for the Glass Leadership Institute, a leadership development program for emerging leaders between 25-40 in Seattle and Portland. ADL is a leading anti-hate organization working to combat antisemitism and hate through education, public policy work, speaking out, and building community.
The Glass Leadership Institute will run from October through April, with seven monthly sessions. Each regional cohort offers a powerful, local experience with access to ADL's local and national leadership. Participants gain: mission insight to understand ADL’s work and core issues, advocacy skills to engage in Board membership and legislative outreach, cohort connection to build meaningful relationships, and leadership development skills to lead more effectively within local communities and organizations. The fee for the program is $250.
