Volunteer Opportunity: Public Relations Director
Children Across America | Milford, MA
About Us
Children Across America is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing free educational and healthcare support services to underserved children. Our core programs focus on literacy, STEM/STREAM, preventative healthcare, and coding—including our signature STREAM Summer & Saturday programs and the Girls Love to Code Club (ages 4–9). We are nearly 100% volunteer-run, and everything we offer is free of charge.
The Role
We are seeking a Public Relations Director to help us grow our reach and amplify our mission. This is a volunteer leadership role with significant opportunity to make an impact on the future of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative digital, media, and PR strategies to increase awareness.
- Promote our programs, events, and mission through press releases, media outreach, and partnerships.
- Strengthen and grow our online presence across social platforms.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to shape messaging and brand identity.
