Community Experience Volunteer

SafePlace International is building a worldwide network of community leaders advancing kindness, inclusion, and grassroots solutions in regions facing social and economic marginalization. Through our Dream Academy Leadership Program, thousands of participants and graduates are launching initiatives that uplift their communities.

We are seeking compassionate, thoughtful volunteers to join our Community Experience Team, the listening and relationship-building core of our organization.

What You’ll Do

• Stay in touch with program participants and graduates through messaging, calls, and online community spaces
• Listen deeply to understand their challenges, successes, and emerging needs
• Offer encouragement, guidance, and peer-level coaching
• Identify patterns and insights that help SPI improve its programs and supports
• Share feedback and recommendations with our operations and leadership teams

• A warm and empathetic communicator
• A strong listener who enjoys helping others feel seen and supported
• Interested in community development, coaching, or social impact work
• Comfortable connecting with people across cultures and time zones
• Reliable, thoughtful, and collaborative
