Volunteer-Internship: HR and Intern Coordination

Help run how interns find us, settle in and hand over, from their first email to their last day.

• Answer applicants and book their interviews.
• Plan arrivals, pick-ups and first-week schedules.
• Collect feedback and fix one thing that keeps going wrong.

What it costs

This placement is unpaid. Room and meals can be free in this role; we confirm it in your offer. Otherwise the usual fee applies:

• From abroad: USD 810 for one month, USD 1,350 for three, USD 1,980 for six, plus a refundable USD 45 deposit. You need health and evacuation insurance.
• From India: ₹9,000 a month for one month, falling to ₹3,000 a month for six, plus a refundable ₹1,500 deposit for some housing.
• Not included: flights, visa fees and insurance.
• Group discounts and scholarships can lower the fee.
• The fee is less than your stay costs us.
