Washington’s homelessness response system is disconnected. Dozens of agencies use separate databases, which slows coordination and leaves people waiting.
PCMS changes that by creating one shared infrastructure for the entire state. Case managers, outreach workers, and healthcare providers will all use the same live record so when someone moves counties, changes programs, or starts treatment, their history follows them immediately.
Smaller organizations will gain access to Medicaid billing tools that previously required enterprise systems. Real-time dashboards will show where engagement is happening, where resources are thin, and which interventions are working. We're building the digital foundation for a coordinated, evidence-based homelessness response that gives every provider in Washington the same capacity to act quickly and effectively. And we need your help to do it.
