Join the City on a special restoration project as part of the Evan's Creek Preserve Expansion Project. Volunteers will be helping prep a section of trail that is slated to be decommissioned and planting vegetation to discourage use of unsafe social trails that were created by people going off-trail.
Water, snacks, and gloves. Please dress appropriately for work and inclement weather, bring a refillable water bottle and wear closed-toed shoes.
Entrance Location Volunteers should report to the Stormwater Facility located at 2679 233rd Place NE Sammamish, WA (Located in the Summer Ridge housing community) please double check address when navigating.
Check-in From the trailhead/stormwater facility trail entrance - follow city signage to the blue check-in tent
Parking Only street parking is available. Please carpool or plan to be dropped off. If you do park nearby, please do not block driveways, mailboxes, roads, etc. when parking.
Water, snacks, gloves and tools will be provided. Please dress appropriately for weather, and wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes suitable for hiking (e.g. hiking boots with good tread & ankle support) and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

Please apply via the Galaxy website. Volunteers will be required to complete a waiver (either via the galaxy website. Minors under 14 will need to have their parent guardian register them and complete a waiver for them.
