Caregiver Relief Volunteers needed for Hospice patients and their families

Accentcare Hospice in Pinellas County needs caregiver relief volunteers!

Volunteers are needed to sit with patients to provide company while their caregiver runs errands, sees a movie with a friend, or even exercise! Caregiver relief volunteers are not expected to provide hands on care, they provide company to the patient so the caregiver can leave the home. Generally, shifts are 1-3 hours long are are weekly, biweekly, or as needed.

Training to become a Hospice Volunteer is virtual and go at your own pace. Volunteer hours are flexible as you determine your schedule, how long you Volunteer, when, and where, as we have patients located all over Pinellas County.
