Program Coordinator (WEW)

Are you passionate about joining a mission to teach, support, and empower women and girls globally to find their VOICE?

We at The Women's Empowerment Series created the Women's Empowerment Work (WEW) program to support women entrepreneurs and business owners, create networking opportunities, and deliver upskilling workshops.

As Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics and running of our events for WEW.

Local presence in PA prefered; must be available to attend in-person workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Attend events/workshops (weekday evenings x1 per month; Saturdays x1-3 per month)
• Manage attendance administration, including registration and record keeping
• Engage and follow-up with attendees, including surveys
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and local contacts to promote events/workshops
• Assist with venue research and logistics
• Contact and confirm facilitators

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
