VOLUNTEER NATURE VIDEOGRAPHER

Evergreen Movement (Evergreen Project Inc.) · Remote / New England · Volunteer

About us

Evergreen Movement is a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) that develops environmental curriculum for middle school students and advocates for federal policy on the environment, housing, and democracy. We're launching a new website and a series of short promotional videos, and we need the natural world to be the first thing people see.

What you'll do

• Shoot clean, cinematic nature footage: forests, water, wildlife, seasons, landscapes
• Deliver short clips (10–60 seconds) for our website homepage and promotional videos
• Work with our web designer and animator on what's needed and when
• Optional: aerial/drone footage, time-lapse, slow motion

What we're looking for

• A portfolio or reel of nature or landscape work
• Ability to shoot in 4K (or high-quality HD)
• Footage free of people, logos, and branding
• Comfort granting Evergreen permission to use the footage on our website, social media, and promotional materials, with credit to you

What you get

• Credit on our website and in videos that use your work
• A strong reference letter
• Your footage showcased as part of a national education and policy effort

Time commitment

Flexible and project-based. Roughly 5–10 hours to start, shooting on your own schedule.

This is a volunteer role for now.

To apply: send a link to your reel or portfolio and a few sentences about the kind of nature footage you love to shoot.
