What You’ll Be Doing: As a Staff Training Video Development Manager Intern, you will oversee the development of engaging training videos that support employee onboarding, compliance, professional development, and ongoing staff education. A development manager must be willing to dedicate at least 5 hours per week. Training and guidance are provided, and no prior experience is required. This is an entry-level unpaid internship role; academic credit is available for students who need or want it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage training video content from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and effective.
• Coordinate video production, editing, scheduling, and distribution of training content.
• Review and update training videos regularly to ensure content remains current and aligned with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• All majors welcome — political science, public policy, legal studies, and related majors preferred
• Familiarity with legal and compliance research practices preferred but not required
• Willing to learn and communicate
