Retired & Senior Volunteers Needed

Retired & Senior Volunteers needed to work at the following Volunteer Stations:

1) American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge located in Jefferson, La. Volunteers provide support for cancer patients and/or survivors. Duties include assisting with activites, food prep, community events, and just to lend a supporting hand.

2) GiGi's Playhouse, a Down Syndrome Achievement Center located in Metairie, La. Volunteers impact the lives of individuals living with Down syndrome. Agency is solely run by volunteers. Great opportunity to participate in activities in and out of the center, share skills and knowledge, and have fun doing it. Many positions available to meet your scheduling needs.

3) Ochsner Hospital located in Jefferson, La. Many positions available to meet your scheduling needs.

4) Other opportunites available as well in Jefferson Parish to provide such things as clerical support in office, food bank support, and tax assistance working in our community centers.
