Friends of Westchase is seeking volunteers to help care for and grow our community garden at Paul Revere Middle School, an initiative that addresses food insecurity while building connection among students, families, and neighbors in the Westchase area.
The garden provides fresh, nutritious produce that is shared with families who have children at Paul Revere Middle School and with nearby Westchase residents. More than a garden, this space is a place of learning, dignity, and community care.
Garden volunteers help with:
No gardening experience is required—training and guidance are provided. Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome, whether you enjoy getting your hands dirty or simply want to serve alongside others in a meaningful, tangible way.
This is a great opportunity for individuals, families, small groups, and corporate or faith-based teams.
Location: Paul Revere Middle School, Westchase (Houston, TX)
Schedule: Flexible weekday and occasional weekend opportunities

The garden is located on the campus of Paul Revere Middle School, Beltway 8 and Briar Forest. Enter the school campus and the container garden is located on the east side of the campus.
We ask all volunteers to participate in a brief interview, join our garden team to learn about the garden and fulfill an application and background check process.
