RC Care Regional Application Support Team Volunteer

The American Red Cross is looking for a dedicate volunteer to help oversee the "health" and integrity of RC Care so that any anomalies can be addressed quickly and client receive quality care, Specifically, in this role the volunteer will ensure reports, dashboards, information stays in compliance, conduct quality assurance by following up with caseworkers, and assign cases to caseworks and IDC point people to avoid cases being caught in limbo.

Position requires a regular time commitment, and not on-call.

3 hours of training required plus OJT.
