Descripción
Must be located in United States or Canada to Apply
Role Descripiton: Provide emotional support and resources to their local area to DV survivors through our supportline, checking in on communcations and logging calls.
Key responsbilites:
- Commit to volunteering one day per week (8hr shift)
- Check email, vociemails, voxer daily for communcations
- Log calls by the end of your shift
- Reguarly check Slack on your scheduled day and at least once every other day
Requriments:
- Strong communcation and empatheic listening skills
- High level of commitment to quailty service and attention
- Ability to handle senstive topics and maintain professionalism
- Must be free from DV a year
