Website Store Manager

Position Overview

The Working On Wellness Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and creative volunteer to manage and grow our online website store. This role supports our mission of providing free exercise, brain exercise, and community programming by helping maintain an easy-to-use store that offers helpful wellness products and branded merchandise.

The Website Store Manager will transition our current store from Amazon product links to comparable items available through Walmart, while also managing and expanding our Zazzle merchandise offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

Website Store Management

• Review existing website store products currently linked to Amazon.
• Identify comparable wellness, exercise, and accessibility products available through Walmart.
• Replace Amazon links with updated Walmart product listings.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and links are accurate and functional.
• Organize store categories for easy navigation and accessibility.

Zazzle Store Management

• Update existing Working On Wellness Foundation products within our Zazzle store.
• Create new branded merchandise aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
• Upload and post Zazzle products to the website store.
• Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and product presentation.

Ongoing Maintenance

• Periodically review links to ensure products remain available.
• Recommend new product ideas that support exercise, brain engagement, and community connection.
• Work collaboratively with Foundation leadership on priorities and updates.
• Maintain a positive user experience for website visitors.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working with websites and online stores.
• Familiarity with Walmart online shopping platform (or willingness to learn).
• Experience with Zazzle or print-on-demand platforms preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of website editing (WordPress or similar platforms helpful).
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate progress regularly.
• Passion for nonprofit work, wellness, accessibility, or community programs.
