Do you have a passion for conservation and sustainability? Would you like hands-on experience and to learn about important conservation topics? Join Chandler's Park Steward Program alongside knowledgeable staff from the Nature Center, Urban Forestry and Water Conservation teams. Learn about water conservation, tree maintenance, and land management. In each session, Park Stewards will learn during a brief lecture on a chosen conservation topic and then carry out a hands-on volunteer project.

- Passive Restoration with Seed- Project Jan. 9th: 9 - 11 a.m. Native Plant Oasis
- Trail Work/ Restoration Project Jan. 23rd: 9 - 11 a.m. Veteran's Oasis Park
- Trail Work/ Restoration Project Feb. 13th: 9 - 11 a.m. Veteran's Oasis Park
- Invasive Species Removal - Stink net Mar. 13th: 9 - 10:30 a.m. Paseo Vista or Trail TBD

Please apply to be a volunteer through the City of Chandler Recreation Division. Volunteers will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator and accepted volunteers will be required to sign up for shifts and log hours through Volgistics profile.
