West Virginia Medicaid Volunteers Needed – Work From Home | Flexible Hours

Are you a West Virginia resident looking for a meaningful way to volunteer, help others, and make a difference without leaving your home?

Indiana Medicaid Help, Inc. is expanding its volunteer outreach to West Virginia, and we're looking for individuals who want to help improve access to healthcare information and Medicaid resources.

You don't need a medical background, legal training, or previous volunteer experience. If you have an internet connection, basic computer skills, and a willingness to help, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Depending on your interests and abilities, volunteer assignments may include:

• Medicaid Resource Research: Help locate publicly available Medicaid information, community resources, and assistance programs.
• Community Outreach: Help identify organizations and community groups serving West Virginia residents.
• Information Organization: Organize publicly available resources to make Medicaid information easier to find.
• Digital Advocacy: Assist with educational and public-awareness projects related to healthcare access.
• Administrative Support: Help with spreadsheets, document organization, and other remote nonprofit projects.

Assignments are provided based on volunteer abilities and organizational needs.

Medicaid Community Engagement Requirements

Beginning January 2027, certain West Virginia Medicaid members will be subject to new community engagement requirements.

Under applicable rules, qualifying volunteer activities may count toward these requirements.

Indiana Medicaid Help provides legitimate nonprofit volunteer opportunities and can document actual, completed, and verified volunteer service hours.
