    Descripción

The Bridge Era Institute (BEI) is a field-seeding think tank that applies Retrodictive Validation™ (RV), a new AI-enabled “history test” for big ideas, to launch actionable frameworks that repair misaligned human systems and help society navigate the converging crises of the coming Bridge Era.

We validate theories backward through centuries of data, match them with the most effective strategies in history, publish high-leverage white papers, and convene cross-sector coalitions so society can move from speculation to grounded action.

As we build momentum in our startup phase, we are seeking highly motivated, reliable, and proactive volunteers to support our work across key areas, including a smart and capable programmer to develop lean proof-of-concept MVP tools utilizing modern technologies and integrations to bring them to life.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design clear content and workflow plans for two simple MVPs, including modules, tags, sequence steps, artifacts, and success metrics.
    • Build an automation pipeline from source feeds to summaries to template assembly and email distribution; create reusable templates and a lightweight public archive.
    • Set up a basic experiment framework with a baseline, tracking, and a results sheet; run real-world tests and report observed effects.
    • Implement minimal QA and observability (link checks, duplication guards, basic logging) and export simple analytics; document an SOP so a non-technical teammate can operate the system.

    Required Skills and Proficiencies

    • LLM content engineering: prompt design, guardrails, and deterministic short-form generation.
    • Workflow automation: Zapier/Make or small Python/Node controllers with scheduling, retries, and idempotent runs.
    • Email operations: hands-on with platforms like Mailchimp or beehiiv for lists, segments, templates, and API integration; basic deliverability.
    • Data plumbing and quality control: Airtable/Notion/Sheets schemas, link checking, dedupe logic, and lightweight logging.
    • Experiment literacy and execution discipline: define baselines, capture metrics, compute simple results metrics, scope adjustments, and document repeatable processes.

    Who Should Apply?

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including students, recent graduates, and professionals looking to contribute their skills to a mission-driven organization. Ideal candidates should:

    • Be self-starters with strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Be highly reliable and consistent, with strong time-management skills.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Have an interest in AI, workforce transformation, public policy, or social impact.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Hands-on experience with a nonprofit at the intersection of research, civilizational change, and practical institutional and human-level solutions.
    • Mentorship and networking opportunities with global experts in technology, policy, and economic transformation.
    • The chance to contribute to solutions shaping many areas of society.
    • A letter of recommendation and potential academic credit (if applicable).

    Details

    • Part-time, remote, 10-30 hours per week
    • One to two 30 minute meetings per week, possibly more for coordination and build
    • Volunteer role
    • Timing: Starting immediately, Duration: Minimum 2-3 months
