    SelfSoulLiberate is a non-profit organization dedicated to achieving health equity and reducing stigma surrounding mental health in under-resourced communities. Our mission is to provide educational resources, develop sustainable wellness frameworks, and make care more accessible.

    Role Description:

    We're seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager Team Lead to guide our volunteer social media team and elevate our online presence. In this remote role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our social media strategy, mentoring our coordinators, and ensuring our mission resonates across all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Guiding, training, and supporting a team of volunteer Social Media Coordinators, fostering team development and ensuring high-quality content and engagement.
    • Developing, implementing, and refining comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals, brand messaging, and audience engagement.
    • Overseeing the creation, scheduling, and publishing of diverse and engaging content across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring brand consistency and best practices.
    • Guiding the team in monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, and actively fostering a supportive and engaged online community.
    • Establishing KPIs, analyzing social media performance data, and providing regular, insightful reports to leadership, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
    • Staying abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates, proactively recommending and implementing innovative strategies for a dynamic online presence.
    • Working closely with other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, integrated campaigns, and a unified brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
    • Developing and documenting best practices, workflows, and guidelines for the social media team to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of leading teams or projects.
    • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, analytics, and current best practices.
    • Exceptional content creation, creative writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and motivating a team.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
    • Passion for our organization's mission and a desire to make a significant impact through social media.
