    We are building Africa’s most impactful education media hub — producing webinars, TV programs, documentaries, nominee films, and three major continental award events.

    🎥 FULL-TIME POSITIONS (2 ROLES)

    These are core roles forming the backbone of our 2025–2026 production calendar.

    1️⃣ FULL-TIME: Senior Video Editor & Post-Production Lead

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead editing for EduAid-Africa webinars
    • Edit NESA-Africa TV weekly episodes
    • Oversee all award season edits (Platinum • Jan Icons • Feb Gala)
    • Create short clips for TikTok, IG, LinkedIn & YouTube
    • Direct color grading, audio cleanup, and final mastering
    • Collaborate with motion designers and 3D team
    • Manage timelines and post-production pipeline
    • Supervise editors, interns & volunteers
    • Ensure brand consistency across all videos

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Submit the following:

    1️⃣ A 45–60 sec edited montage titled:

    “NESA-Africa TV — Sign-in / Sign-out Montage 2025”

    2️⃣ One 30–60 sec social media cut of your choice.

    Any style. Any topic. Show your strongest work.

    2️⃣ FULL-TIME: Technical Director & Production Operations Lead

    What You’ll Do

    • Run technical operations for live webinars (OBS + StreamYard + Zoho Live)
    • Direct multi-camera setups for award events
    • Manage lighting, sound, and live switching
    • Supervise cinematographers, camera operators & lighting crew
    • Coordinate studio and on-location shoots
    • Manage media file structure & archives
    • Oversee equipment, links, and production assets
    • Support documentary shoots and nominee regional coverage
    • Ensure broadcast quality throughout award season

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Submit one document containing:

    1️⃣ A 1-page Production Plan for:

    “Any EduAid-Africa Episode 4 — Social Media & Education Standards.”

    2️⃣ A simple scene breakdown for a NESA nominee documentary.

    🎬 PART-TIME / VOLUNTEER ROLES (3 ROLES)

    These roles support weekly production, award content, and regional storytelling.

    3️⃣ PART-TIME: Video Editor (Junior)

    What You’ll Do

    • Edit short clips, reels, testimonial videos
    • Support senior editor with longer formats
    • Assist with nominee story cutdowns
    • Add subtitles, lower-thirds & transitions
    • Repurpose webinar segments for NESA TV

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Submit ONE edited clip (30–45 sec) showing transitions, sound, and pacing.

    4️⃣ PART-TIME: Motion Graphics & 3D Designer

    What You’ll Do

    • Create NESA TV intros/outros
    • Design 3D gemstone animations:
      • Blue Garnet
      • Gold Certificate
      • Platinum Recognition
    • Produce lower-thirds, title cards & award graphics
    • Animate maps, timelines, and documentary visuals
    • Build the visual identity for award reveals

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Submit:

    A 5–10 sec animated title with the text:

    “NESA-Africa Awards 2025”

    5️⃣ PART-TIME: Documentary Field Assistant / Camera Operator

    What You’ll Do

    • Support regional nominee documentary shoots
    • Capture interviews, B-roll & community footage
    • Assist with lighting, audio & framing
    • Work with producers during award season
    • Participate in local content gathering for chapters & schools

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Submit:

    A 45–60 sec raw video clip (uncut) showing your ability to capture clean, stable footage.

    🎓 INTERNSHIP / VOLUNTEER POSITIONS (2 ROLES)

    Designed for young creatives entering the media field.

    6️⃣ INTERNSHIP: Media Production Intern (Generalist)

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist in webinar production
    • Participate in editing & motion graphics tasks
    • Help develop award montage videos
    • Manage media files, thumbnails, and basic cuts
    • Support NESA TV weekly uploads
    • Learn tools: OBS, Premiere, Canva, CapCut, StreamYard

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Choose ONE:

    • Create a 10–15 sec EduAid-Africa Webinar intro
    • OR produce a short advert (10–15 sec) for any award category
    • OR design a storyboard (6 frames) for a nominee documentary

    7️⃣ INTERNSHIP: YouTube / Digital Content Assistant

    What You’ll Do

    • Prepare NESA-Africa TV video uploads
    • Create thumbnails from templates
    • Write titles, descriptions & metadata
    • Repurpose long videos into short clips
    • Track analytics & audience performance

    Practical Interview Assignment

    Submit:

    3 sample YouTube titles + 3 thumbnails for an educational video of your choice.

    🎓 INTERNSHIP ROLES
