As a board member, you’ll be an essential partner in driving accessibility, empowerment, and equal opportunity for children and adults with disabilities to live, learn, work, and play.

Whether you’re a experienced advocate or stepping into community leadership for the first time, your unique voice, perspective,

and background can help shape local initiatives and drive real change.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

Be an Ambassador & Advocate: Proudly share the Easterseals mission! You’ll help build public awareness, educate local leaders, and champion disability inclusion across your civic and business communities.

Network & Build Awareness: Tap into your personal and professional connections to open doors for new community partnerships, raise our profile, and expand our reach.

Fundraise & Support Events:

Help fuel life-changing programs by helping raise vital funds, cheering on local events in person, and putting your skills to work.

What to Expect:

Monthly Connections: Participate in engaging, virtual monthly board meetings on the second Monday of each month (6:30 PM–7:30 PM) via Microsoft Teams.

Flexible Engagement: Balance your busy life with remote meetings alongside occasional, rewarding in-person local events and gatherings.

Leadership Growth: Build your regional network, collaborate with dynamic peers, and help recruit new voices to grow our local impact.
