Outreach Team - Earn Service Hours & Help Raise Money to Fund Student Passions

Fuel The Fire Initiative is a student led nonprofit helping kids who don’t have the money or resources to go after what they love, whether that is sports, music, art, academics, or anything else. We are looking for people who want to be part of something real and make an impact.

You would be helping us spread the word and raise money, but it is not as hard as it sounds. Most people start by reaching out to friends and family, and some even connect with businesses or companies asking for sponsorship opportunities (which is where a lot of support can come from).

We make it super easy:

• We give you a tracker to log everything + your service hours
• We give you actual message/email templates you can send
• We guide you so you’re not just figuring it out on your own

What we ask:

• Try to raise around $75–$100 a month
• If you raise more (like $150–$200), it covers future months (Ex: $150 would cover 2 months because your regular expectation is to raise $75 a month)

What you get:

• 5 service hours for every $100 you raise (and we will verify them)
• Real experience doing something that actually matters
• Looks great on applications and resumes
• And you’re directly helping another student get an opportunity they wouldn’t have had
