Responsibilities:

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on Coding:

• Lead by example with hands-on involvement in coding and development activities.

• Evaluate and implement best-in-class technologies and frameworks.

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on coding experience, with a strong background in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, data analytics, and scalable software architecture.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the energy efficiency or clean energy sector is a significant plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
• Knowledge of multiple coding languages with proficiency in React preferred
• Open to deploying generative AI tools to complete tasks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
