Lead a Yoga Class for Seniors in Berkeley (Otterbein)

Do you enjoy exercising and teaching others to live healthier lives? Volunteer to lead a yoga class for seniors! Class day and time based on your availbility, once weekly or biweekly during business hour at SAHA's Otterbein property in Berkeley.

The volunteer will prepare an agenda for each class and lead residents through various exercises while providing positive feedback and support. If you're looking to make a difference in your community, this is a wonderful opportunity to gain teaching experience with students who are eager to learn.

Requirements: Ongoing SAHA Community Volunteers must commit to volunteer once a week for a minimum of 4 months, and must complete a volunteer orientation, volunteer forms and background screening prior to beginning their placement.
