The Ripple Effect Fundraising Gala Committee Volunteers and Event-Day Volunteers

Kings Way International invites passionate, dedicated individuals to join our volunteer committee for our 5th Annual Fundraising Gala, The Ripple Effect: A Night of Connection, Purpose and Community Action.

More than a traditional fundraising event, The Ripple Effect is an interactive experience designed to take guests on a meaningful journey—from recognizing the challenges children and families face to discovering the power of connection and turning compassion into action.

Through powerful storytelling, community engagement, and collective generosity, this special evening will raise awareness and support for our mission to prevent bullying, strengthen families, and create safer, more supportive communities.

We are seeking 15–20 enthusiastic volunteers who are ready to share their time, talents, creativity, and connections to help bring this vision to life.

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities

As a Gala Committee Volunteer, you will collaborate with our Event Coordinator and fellow committee members to help plan, promote, and execute an unforgettable evening.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Sponsorship & Fundraising: Help identify potential sponsors, donors, and fundraising opportunities.
• Marketing & Community Outreach: Promote the gala through social media, personal and professional networks, and community connections.
• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Support guest engagement, table hosting, registration, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Event Logistics & Operations: Assist with event setup, coordination, and activities on the evening of the gala.

Committee assignments will be based on individual interests, skills, and event needs.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about supporting children, families, and community well-being.
• Creative, organized, enthusiastic, or well-connected.
• Comfortable collaborating with a diverse team.
• Interested in fundraising, event planning, marketing, or community engagement.
• Committed to helping create an elegant, inspiring, and purpose-driven experience.
