Visiting Seniors

Visit with a resident in long-term care or assist in facilitating activities. These activities help create a caring, happy, and interesting environment to make life in health care seem more like home.

You could also share one of your talents during this activity time by playing the piano or dancing, facilitating a craft project, giving a presentation on topics of your interest, and more...

Residents also love a friendly conversation or walk around the grounds with volunteers.

As part of our commitment to protecting our residents, we ask that all regular volunteers complete a two-step TB test. Testing is conveniently done on-site and is free for volunteers.
