As a leader in fostering LGBTQIA+ inclusion in workplaces across Boston, Massachusetts, and beyond, PIOW empowers professionals, amplifies diverse voices, and drives meaningful change in corporate cultures.
Serving on the PIOW Board offers an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on our community by guiding our mission, shaping strategic initiatives, and supporting programs that create safer, more inclusive workplaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
