Position Summary

The Vice President of Marketing & Communications leads the organization’s branding, public communications, and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for increasing awareness of Pretty With Purpose, highlighting its impact, and maintaining a consistent and professional presence across digital and community platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing and communication strategies that support the organization’s mission and programs.
• Create and coordinate social media content, newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all communication platforms.
• Promote programs, events, initiatives, and opportunities for young women.
• Capture and share organizational accomplishments, participant highlights, and community impact.
• Manage the organization’s social media presence and monitor audience engagement.
• Assist with website content and updates as needed.
• Develop flyers, graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Build relationships with community partners, media outlets, and other organizations to increase visibility.
• Ensure all public communications are professional, accurate, inclusive, and aligned with the organization’s values.
• Perform additional marketing and communications duties and special assignments as directed by the President/Executive Director.
