Massage Therapy Volunteer- Kingman

We are in need of a massage therapist for the Wichita and surrounding area for our Hospice patients. More times than not, our patients have some aches and pains. A massage helps ease them into comfort. They appreciate it so much!

FAQ:'s

1. Do I need to have a massage license? Ye or currently be in massage school.
2. Can I volunteer around my work/school schedule? Yes! Patients can have visitors throughout the days, evenings and weekends.
3. How often would I need to volunteer? You can do once a week, biweekly or once a month. As often as you are willing, they will appreciate it!
4. Can I shadow someone first to see if it would be a good fit? Yes, email me and we can set this up.
5. How long would I have to commit to volunteering? As long as you'd like.
6. Is medical training required? No.
7. Would we have to do any personal care for the patients (including eating, bathing, etc)? No. This is not allowed to be done by our volunteers.
8. Do we have to be Covid vaccinated? No!
9. Do we have to have a valid drivers license and car insurance? Yes.
